1. Only HP Original ink cartridges and toner cartridges are collected in this program.
2. Cartridges for pickup should not be damaged, refilled or remanufactured.
3. Minimum pickup quantity is 20 Ink Cartridges or 10 Toner Cartridges or 30 Indigo Cartridges or 30 IHPS Printheads.
4. Indigo Returns is only available for Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Minimum pick up quantity is 30 pieces of Indigo Cartridges
5. Cartridges for pickup must be packed properly in bags or boxes.
6. Collected cartridges that have left the customer's premises will not be returned back.
7. HP makes no representation about the tax consequences of Customer's use of the Service.
8. HP reserves the rights to change these Terms and Conditions.
